i subject is zoology and i am a lecturer in zoology. my subject is okay but my dream was university professor and scientist. i have PhD on poultry science. my higher degree is not suitable in my intermediate college. i am always humiliating with my higher education. my works place is full with nasty politics, low income, negative or side talk and work load. let me know how i overcome all? i am dissatisfy with my job.
