  • @Hardeek it depends on the area of your interest. if you are comfortable with arithmetic, calculation etc then finance is best. On the other hand if you are more comfortable with theoretical subjects (which does not include complex calculations) then management, marketing and supply chain are the good options. plz do read some articles related to these subjects, it will give you better understanding about the field of your interest.

• Hi, I am doing my MBA and would like to do my dissertation in the area of pharmaceutical marketing, I am struggling to refine my research question but would like to assess how pharma marketing influences prescribing by doctors. Please help me to refine or narrow my question, the areas are too broad currently, any suggestions or recommendations will be highly appreciated... Thanks

  • Thanks for your comments. We have seen that many students are having problems with their research topics. Therefore it is our humble request to all the students of management to participate in the discussion so that we could solve those issues.

  • @tasneemparker410, you can narrow down your topic by selecting one city or specific area from your country. In this way you will only focus on the doctors of that area. Similarly you can narrow down the list of pharmaceutical companies by selecting only listed companies or by selecting the companies having annual profit of more than say $5 million or companies of specific city etc.

  i am doing MBA in pharmaceutical marketing. Please help me out in suggesting a topic related to pharmaceutical marketing. since i am working in sales and marketing department so it would be better if topic is related to that area.
