  • Looks to me above mentioned are practically mandatory but the No. 1 KSF in airlines is to deliver customer satisfaction. Without taking this as a principal KSF, all others become meaningless.

  • interesting observations. would require more details as I teach alliances in Airlines at an aviation academy

  • No one here has mentioned Safety as either the most, or at the very least, one of the most important factors in the airline industry. Perhaps I am missing something.
