Threat: Dell? No. Dell is a buyer of Intel products. They do not manufacture processors or other products in competition with Intel.
Threat: Dell, IBM? They are NOT the threats. Competition is Samsung and other silicon manufactures. AMD is a competitor but a small fraction.
