<p>Maslow’s hierarchy of needs is a theory proposed by Abraham Maslow, in his paper “A Theory of Human Motivation” this theory was developed in between the years 1943-1954. It is represented in the shape of a pyramid, (example given below in figure 1.1), showing the largest and lowest levels of needs at the bottom.</p>
